As dairy farmers in Juneau County, Wisconsin, we proudly milk just over 200 cows using advanced robotic technology, all while operating without employees. Our family works together to uphold our commitment to sustainable farming. Dwayne, who has nurtured his passion for agriculture since childhood on a small dairy farm, and Nichole, with her enduring love for animals, are dedicated to producing clean, nutritious food.

We chose TLC for the name of this company, and it stands for The Little Cow. To us, The Little Cow embodies the small family farms, who are finding it increasingly difficult to continue operating. Our hope and intention with this company is to provide fresh, wholesome products to our local community and beyond, but also to provide support and a market for our fellow local, small farmers and their products.

We recognize the growing need for healthy food options in our communities and believe our efforts can make a positive impact. Having started our farming journey in our early twenties, we are excited to cultivate not just our land, but also a legacy of sustainability and well-being for future generations.
